Quality Improvement

Quality Improvement & Compliance

Beacon Mental Health is committed to delivering high‑quality, person‑centered care through continuous performance improvement. Each year, our Quality Improvement & Compliance team reviews key performance indicators, client outcomes, service accessibility, safety practices, and program effectiveness to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our community.

Our report outlines system‑wide goals, monitors progress, and identifies opportunities to strengthen the care we provide. This includes:

      • Tracking clinical outcomes across programs
      • Improving client experience and satisfaction
      • Ensuring timely access to services
      • Monitoring safety and risk‑management data
      • Enhancing documentation accuracy and compliance
      • Supporting staff training and quality assurance

Beacon Mental Health Community Needs Assessment 2024

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) requires all Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC) to conduct a Community Needs Assessment every three years to explore and evaluate the behavioral health needs and experiences of individuals (children, youth, adults, and families) in their geographic area. These insights are in turn to be used to inform development and implementation of strategies related to outreach, screening, assessment, treatment, care coordination and recovery supports. The knowledge gained through a Community Needs Assessment also is intended to guide decisions about staffing and to define and guide opportunities for community partnerships/collaborations.
